Riesling

A blend of Riesling and Viognier. Slightly deeper color. Green apple, caramel and cinnamon toast on the nose. Luscious soft mouthfeel with ripe velvety apricot and warm vanilla on the palate and a splash of bright acidity. Finish is long and lingering. Pair with soft charcuterie, oysters, simple grilled chicken breast, Thai or Indian food, shortbread, lemon bars and snickerdoodle cookies.
