Tasting notes
100% varietal. Nose brown sugar, creme brulee, sour cherry. Unusually low acid, fruit forward, mellow tannins. Very smooth on the palate. Starts bold finishes soft. Layers of red fruits, hints of mineral mid palate and earth on the finish. Amazing food wine.
