Sparkling Rosé
Production notes
Using the traditional tirage method, our sparkling rosé undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. After the base wine's first fermentation, sugar and yeast are added, known as liqueur de tirage, to the bottle. This process creates those small, delicate bubbles that make sparkling wines so enchanting. The yeast ferments the sugar, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide, resulting in the vibrant and effervescent experience that dances on your palate.
